We begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discover Call to learn about your travel wishes, and discuss Atlas & Reverie Travel’s planning process and service fees. During this call, we’ll explore your past travel experiences, what you’ve loved (and what you haven’t), and the inspiration behind your next adventure.

Following our conversation, you’ll receive important documents, including our terms and conditions, a travel questionnaire, and credit card authorization form for supplier purchases made on your behalf. This step ensures we have everything we need to craft a journey uniquely tailored to you.

Step Two: Design

Once your service fees are paid and all documents are returned, we begin designing a curated itinerary tailored to your travel style. You’ll receive a detailed proposal to review, and from there, we’ll collaborate to refine and enhance every element—ensuring your journey aligns perfectly with your dreams and expectations.

Step Three: Connect

Once your itinerary is polished to perfection, we handle the logistics. You’ll receive a detailed booking invoice outlining your deposit amount, due date, and final payment schedule. We then get to work behind the scenes, coordinating with our trusted partners to secure exclusive perks and seamless arrangements. Your finalized itinerary and all necessary travel documents will be delivered well in advance of your departure, so you can travel with ease and confidence

Step Four: Experience

It's time to embark on your adventure! Pack your bags and head to the airport with confidence. We remain available throughout your trip to assist with any unexpected needs, so you can focus on enjoying every moment.

Step Five: Share

The highlight of our process is hearing your stories. Upon your return, Michelle will reach out to relive the magic of your travels and gather any valuable feedback. Your experiences inspire us and help us continue creating unforgettable journeys.
